South Florida-based restaurant group Collab Hospitality developed its new fast-fine American rotisserie eatery, Bird in the Hand, and it launched inside of Whole Foods Market in the Spring of 2019.
Headed by Chef Malcham Williams and his team, our vision is to set a new standard for delicious fast service dining using premium ingredients made fresh daily.
